I am fat because I am efficient ! 

I have been with my wife for just under two decades and I have watched her pound pints of ice cream almost nightly and she loves high calorie meat etc. I have always thought to myself, “If I ate like that, I would easily topple 300lbs. She must have a much better metabolism. ”

Now that we both have #fitbit, we have solid data that gave me the more definitive answer as to why my vegetable, yogurt, granola eating fat ass puts on more weight than her so easily. I am efficient. 
I work hard to get my chunkamonk 10k steps in daily. My wife has a hurt ankle so she doesn’t do the intense #darkoh30 walk with me often- yet. However she still often gets 10k steps just – looking for 1. Her keys 2. Her phone 3. Going up and down the stairs several times before she remembers what she went up first for and then onto another project when she then remembers and has to go back up the stairs. I literally watch her get breakfast one item at a time walking back and forth while I pile my coffee, yogurt, granola, phone, and other items like Rachel Ray on the food network show. 
I now have solid data to share with you all. I need to watch and learn and forget stuff and be less efficient. It’s more healthy. So be happy when you forget your keys and loose your sunglasses, your heart health thanks you.
